Rose Marie Antonucci | Counselor
MS, CRC, LPC

Approach:

I enthusiastically approach clients with respect, warmth, and validation as they tell their story. By implementing a team approach, this empowers them to learn better coping skills beginning with mindfulness, self-care, and positive self-reflection. Counseling is a 2-way exchange, whereby positive and goal-oriented steps are encouraged and fortified, so that my clients may soon develop and nurture inner strengths they sometimes forget they even have.

Tracey Condosta | Counselor
MSCP

Approach:

I consider myself to have an integrative approach rooted in Person-Centered. Through various experiences in counseling, I’ve noticed that one particular approach may not work for each client. It’s important to me that we find an approach that works for both of us in order to build a strong rapport and gain trust within one another.

My primary focus is a Person-Centered, Active Listening approach, as it permits the building of trust and provides personal insight. Understanding that communication is a complex process, though, I engage with persons in a way that checks for my understanding of both content and emotions, thus aiding in personal and interpersonal clarity.
